Faces of UVic Research: Cindy Holder
Dr. Cindy Holder is an associate professor with the Department of Philosophy at the University of Victoria Faculty of Humanities. Her research interests include political philosophy, legal theory, and feminist philosophy. She is currently working on philosophical issues in international law, and the relationship between human rights and self-determination. In this video she discusses her particular research interest in the human rights of groups, and how that research can help to shape the discussion around the history of residential schools in Canada.
